As 2024 comes to an end, the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce – BCCC is honoured to celebrate an exceptional year marked by growth, collaboration, and innovation. This year was truly a testament to the strength of our community, as we worked closely with our members, sponsors, and partners to foster impactful initiatives that have strengthened the Brazil-Canada business relationship. From dynamic events to strategic projects, 2024 has set a new benchmark for what we can accomplish together.
What Happened in 2024
In 2024, the BCCC successfully delivered 21 projects that underscored our commitment to connecting and empowering businesses. Our programming included:
15 In-person Events: These events provided unparalleled opportunities for networking, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration all around Canada. Members and partners engaged face-to-face, fostering meaningful connections and exploring new opportunities. In 2024, we held events in Toronto, ON; Kitchener, ON; Calgary, AB; Edmonton, AB; and Vancouver, BC.
6 Webinars: Our virtual initiatives continued to thrive, offering valuable insights and discussions led by industry experts across key sectors.
5 Missions: These trade and business missions brought together key stakeholders, providing a platform to expand market opportunities and strengthen bilateral ties between Brazil and Canada.
Through these efforts, the BCCC was proud to welcome over 1,100 attendees and host more than 150 speakers who shared their expertise and perspectives, further enriching our events. This robust level of participation highlights the trust and engagement of our community and demonstrates the growing interest in Brazil-Canada relations.
What We Are Preparing for 2025
Building on the successes of 2024, we are thrilled to announce an exciting roadmap for 2025. With 17 projects in the pipeline, next year promises to be even more dynamic and impactful.

- The 19th Edition of the Brazil-Canada Conference at PDAC 2025 – A flagship event fostering bilateral mining partnerships.
- BCCC Networking Event around Web Summit Vancouver 2025 –
Creating connections in innovation, technology, and digital transformation. - The 16th Edition of Doing Business in Brazil – A trusted resource for companies looking to explore the dynamic Brazilian market.
