Brazilian Infrastructure Roadshow - Investment Opportunities for State Level Projects
The Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Global Affairs Canada through the Trade Commissioner Services at the Consulate of Canada in Sao Paulo and the support of ABDIB - Brazilian Association for Infrastructure and Base Industries, is organizing a series of Webinars to promote investment opportunities in the Brazilian Infrastructure Market.
Once a month, we will showcase projects and opportunities available on a Federal and State-Level, in a variety of sectors such as energy, waterways, highways, railroads, ports, airports, sanitation, telecommunication, mining, social infrastructure and urban mobility, that could be carried out as concessions or in the form of P3’s (Public-Private Partnerships).
Investments in infrastructure are paramount for Brazil to recover its path to economic growth, tapping into its full productive potential in the most diverse sectors of the economy. It is widely recognized that without quality education and a strong infrastructure, it will be impossible for the country to reach the level of productivity needed for a competitive economy. Infrastructure is the way to improve the quality of life of the population and to attract new investments capable of generating income and employment.
With that in mind, the Brazilian Government has launched the largest portfolio of infrastructure investments and privatizations in the world, hoping to attract USD$ 56 billion in infrastructure investments in the coming years, with a large participation of the private sector – offering over 100 concessions by 2022.
Don’t miss this great opportunity to find more about the projects available! We look forward to seeing you there.
This event is by invitation only. If you want to learn more and think your company is a good match for the event, please contact us at info@brazcanchamber.org.
