The luncheon will be held on December 12, 2016 at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto.
President Cardoso is the former President of Brazil and one of the world’s most distinguished elder statesmen and political visionaries. President Cardoso was the architect of the economic policy that pulled Brazil from economic despair to prosperity over the past two decades.
