Ricardo Emmerich, Managing Director and Sales Business Leader at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Brazil
Working at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) in Brazil for over 30 years, Ricardo Emmerich is the company's new managing director inside the country, also taking over the leadership of the Sales and Business areas.
Ricardo’s history is marked by having strong knowledge in customer service, acquired when in the leadership of several areas of Service Delivery, Business Development and Sales in Brazil and Latin America.
He has a bachelor’s degree in IT System Analysis by PUC, specializations in the areas of Quality by Unicamp and Enterprises and Businesses Management by EAESP/FGV.
His arrival at the position reflects the company's movement of transformation announced in 2019, also the delivery of its entire portfolio as a service until 2022. In his position, his challenge will be to accelerate this transformation and turn Brazil into the country that will lead this change in Latin America.
